New year's resolutions

Who doesn’t have new year’s resolutions. "This year I’m really going to eat healthier and exercise more!" Yet often the resolutions don’t stick. Getting sucked into old habits and every good reason to live a healthier life slowly fades into oblivion. 

Therefore it’s not surprising so many people hire a personal trainer. The trainer keeps you on your toes, reminds you of all the benefits and motivates you. A good personal trainer really makes a difference when he or she makes sure the sessions are fun, challenging and enjoyable. A personal trainer who does nothing but shouting, will almost certainly lose all of his clients.

Stronger, leaner, better.

We’re only human and change is challenging for us. A stronger and a leaner body and better mental and physical health should be motivating enough. In real life we need someone like a personal trainer to make a difference.
